Italian job brings variety to market

Italy’s passion and love for food is embedded in its culture and you can get a real taste of that in Leighton Buzzard next week.

In conjunction with Leighton-Linslade Town Council’s market team, The Italia Piazza street market is bringing real Italian foods served by real Italians!

On Friday, June 24, the Italian market bring its stalls to Leighton Buzzard for the third time, offering fresh Italian produce of the highest quality. They will be setting up in the town centre and be open from 9am until 3-4pm.

A spokesman said: “All our stall holders are Italian and enjoy talking and exchanging recipes with customers so make sure you visit, for what hopefully will become a regular event in Leighton-Buzzard. Please come along and take a look at what Italy really has to offer.

Lorenzo, from the cheese stall, said: “I love sharing my passion of Italian cheeses with my customers and look forward to being in Leighton Buzzard.

“I always bring new and exciting cheeses as well as the popular ones and am happy to suggest recipes that would go well with my products”.
