Second man charged with murder over Patrick Maloney death
A man arrested yesterday in connection with the death of Patrick Maloney has been charged with his murder.
Christopher McCarthy, 21, of Slapton Road, Little Billington, was charged today and attended Luton Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.
He is next due to appear at Luton Crown Court on Monday, August 22.
Dad-of-three Patrick Maloney died at Toddbury Farm in Little Billington on August 2.
