Pet pug believed stolen by burglars

A burglary victim is appealing for the return of her beloved pet who she believes was stolen by intruders.

The break-in took place between around 7am and 8.45pm on Thursday, June 2 in Little Acre, Leighton Road, Stoke Hammond.

A window and door were damaged and the offender(s) gained entry and stole items including a mobile phone.

The resident’s dog, a pug (pictured), is also believed to have been stolen.

The victim posted on social media: “Our beautiful pug Frank has been stolen.

“Also stolen was a necklace with a silver Cross pendant with amethyst stones – my nan who has passed away gave this to me when I was 15 it has huge sentimental value.”
