Medieval theme for May Fayre

This year there will be all the usual elements in the High Street and Parson’s Close Recreation Ground, but the Rotary Club is hoping that everyone will join in with fancy dress to follow the 2017 theme, which is medieval.

This will support the attractions which will include a falconry display, and a jousting tournament that includes a castle on the Rec.

A market stall in the High Street is £25, whilst a gazebo down on the recreation field is £10.

A spokesman said: The price of a stall remains unchanged for this year. In fact we can’t remember it’s being any other price!
