SW Beds secret ballot give overwhelming backing for Corbyn
A packed meeting in Dunstable last night (Wednesday) concluded with a secret ballot which was held after a half-hour discussion on the merits of the two candidates.
The vote was for a ‘supportive nomination’ for either Mr Corbyn or Owen Smith and is not binding on members . All members and supporters eligible to vote will receive individual postal ballots.

“However I didn’t expect him to get over 90% of the votes cast. It is a pity that only members accepted up to January 12 were allowed to vote in the secret ballot which meant that hundreds of local members were excluded.”
