Full steam ahead!

Hundreds of train enthusiasts will be making tracks to Stopsley High School on Saturday.

The school, in St Thomas’ Road, is hosting Luton Model Railway Club’s 30th exhibition.

Dave Boutwood, the exhibition manager, said that he has put together an impressive show for the public with 18 layouts covering most gauges from Z to O, including three new O-gauge layouts belonging to club members, plus an array of trade and preservation society stands.

The exhibition opens at 10.30am and closes at 5pm. Admission prices are adults £4, concessions £3.50, and children £2. Families (two adults/two children) cost £11.
