The Leighton Buzzard Festival Singers, are performing the Petite Messe Solonnelle by Rossini, a work that Napoleon is reputed to have said is ‘neither solemn nor small’.

Accompanied by a Mustel Harmonium of 1880, two Pianos and Soloists with direction by Samuel Huston, St. Barnabas will resound to a rather operatic and exciting piece of music.

This is a unique opportunity to hear the work with its original accompaniment and sung by the only local Choral Society in Leighton Linslade. The Festival Singers were founded in 1951 the year of the Festival of Britain.
