Spring Wellbeing Fair returns to Leighton Buzzard this March
As the days grow lighter and the first signs of spring begin to appear, Leighton Buzzard residents are being invited to refresh their minds and restore their energy at the Spring Psychic & Wellbeing Fair on Sunday 1st March.
The popular event takes place at the Royal British Legion’s Bossard Hall and promises a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere for anyone curious about holistic health, personal growth, or who is simply looking for a relaxing day out. Organised by Deer Spirit Events, the fair brings together a wide range of experienced therapists, readers and wellbeing practitioners under one roof.
Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy complementary therapies, explore spiritual guidance, and browse stalls filled with crystals, candles, handmade gifts and wellbeing products. Whether attending with friends or taking some well-earned “me time”, the event offers something for everyone.
Julie Fenn, organiser of the fair, says that Spring is the ideal time for a wellbeing reset. “After the long winter months, people naturally want to refresh and awaken their energy. This event is about giving yourself permission to pause, relax and restore,” she said.
The fair aims to be accessible to ordinary local people who may be new to wellbeing events as well as regular attendees. “You don’t have to know anything about holistic therapies to come along,” Julie explained. “It’s a friendly, supportive space where you can explore at your own pace. Some people come for a reading, others for a massage or simply to soak up the positive atmosphere.”
With growing awareness around stress and the importance of mental wellbeing, events like this are becoming increasingly popular across the region. Organisers say many visitors leave feeling lighter, clearer and more motivated as they head into the brighter months ahead.
