Tasty Keech fundraiser

It’s that lip-smacking time of year again when five of the country’s top chefs team up to create and deliver a stunning dinner on Friday, October 10 in aid of Keech Hospice Care.

They include Dorchester executive chef Henri Brosi, Park Lane pastry supremo Sarah Hartnett, the RAC Club’s Phillip Corrick and Kevin Clark, executive chef at Luton Hoo where the event will be held in their exclusive waterside venue Warren Weir.

The menu includes goat’s cheese tart with textures of beetroot, roast Orkney scallops, Casterbridge beef and pistachio almond cake.

Vincent O’Toole of London’s Spencer House will be organising the canape reception with the help of Barnfield students who will also be serving throughout the evening.

In addition there’s a host of entertainment featuring live music, individual table raffles and both a silent and live auction.

The compere will be another renowned chef – Brian Turner, who has been an ardent Keech supporter for some time.
