‘Labour of love’
The conversion, named Daisy Lee Grange, was renovated by builder Marc Bryden, alongside his uncle and business partner Karl.
According to YorkshireLive, Bryden said, “It’s blood, sweat and tears and I've really put my all into it, but I thought that if I can hand it to someone and it be their dream home, then I'd love to do that.

It took the pair roughly a year to fully renovate the property, and Bryden described the house as "literally nothing" prior to them working on the project.
"We took three walls of it down and then we built it back up, I did most of the work myself and ended up sleeping there with a carpet for my pillow,” he said.

How can I enter?
You can enter the raffle here. First you will need to create an account with Raffall, verifying your email and telephone number.
To submit your entry, you will first need to answer a quiz-like question. The question relates to a word search on the page, and asks how many car manufacturers can be found in the word search.

The company which is hosting the raffle, Raffall.com, will take a 10 per cent cut after the charity donations have been made. Stamp duty and other house fees will be fully paid, allowing the winner to enjoy the property stress-free, without any hidden costs.
