Greenfields development in Leighton offers '˜fantastic facilities'
Residents will soon be moving into the state-of-the-art building, consisting of 82 units, a mix of rented and shared ownership apartments.
The development includes a restaurant, café, hair and beauty salon, wellbeing suites, gardens, treatment rooms and a community room that will be available to hire.

Hide AdGreenfields is located at the crossroad junction of Billington Road and Theed Way, and was specifically chosen due to its close proximity to Leighton Buzzard town centre.
Simone Marsberg, Business Development Manager at Aldwyck Housing Group, said: “ The project team have worked very hard and we are extremely proud of Greenfields. I’m excited to welcome the residents into their new homes and the community into the fantastic facilities Greenfields will provide.”
The completion of the development paves the way for the closure of the Sandhills Community House.
When the house’s lease expired in April, Central Beds Council extended it until August so it aligned with the opening of Greenfields.
