Leighton teenager charged with burglaries
Bedfordshire Police's Operation Fidelity team has charged a Leighton Buzzard teenager with two counts of burglary in relation to two incidents in Bedford on Friday (April 21) where jewellery was stolen.
The 17-year-old boy was charged on Saturday.
He has been remanded into custody pending further court appearances.
