Man can't be saved after emergency services rush to Leighton

Paramedics couldn't saved a man's life after being called to a medical emergency in Leighton Buzzard on Thursday (August 11).

The East of England Ambulance Service received a call at 7.51am after reports that a man had collapsed at an address in Dudley Street.

A spokeman said: “Two rapid response vehicles, an ambulance, an ambulance officer, and the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance were dispatched to the scene, but very sadly, despite the best efforts of all the care teams involved, nothing could be done for the patient.

“Our thoughts are very much with his friends and family at this sad time.”
