Motorway testing on M1
MOTORISTS are warned that newly installed managed motorway systems between junctions 10 and 11 on the M1 will be tested on Sunday (June 17) between 11am and 2pm.
Overhead electronic signals displaying variable speed limits and indicating when drivers can use the hard shoulder will be in operation to ensure the technology is working correctly ahead.
