New internet help service
CENTRAL Beds Council have approved plans for an online customer service which will enable them to provide support 24 hours a day.
The Customer First programme will enable residents to book services, make payments and report issues at www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk.
Councillor Maurice Jones said: “We’ve listened to our customers.”
