Approximately 30 metres by 20 metres of vegetation was damaged.
It comes as fire crews across the area are on high alert after extreme heat and a lack of rain has parched vegetation. People are being asked to avoid discarding lit cigarettes and not leave barbecues unattended.
Thames Valley Police were notified.
