He's ready for mud, water and electric shocks!
The 20-year-old kicks off with his first two Tough Mudder challenges this Saturday and Sunday (April 30/May 1) as he battles courses featuring 10-12 miles of mud, water and challenging obstacles – including electric shocks.
Marcus, who works at The Wilkinson Partnership’s Market Square offices in Leighton Buzzard, will be starting his bid to raise much-needed funds for his chosen charity MacMillan Cancer at the two events at Fawley, near Henley-on-Thames.

Marcus says to be a great estate agent takes determination, commitment and plenty of mental grit – attributes he’ll also need to survive a Tough Mudder Challenge.
Explaining his choice of charity, he added: “The motivation is Macmillan Cancer Support which is a charity close to me.
“They looked after my great aunt in 2012 so it is not a recent motivation but I have supported the charity more since then.

“I will be running the first event this weekend solo, but the spirit of everyone at the events means it’s not hard to find a team to get you through!
“Because the event is for a cause close to my heart, it spurs me on through the tougher parts. The thought of knowing people are behind you, supporting you, makes the electric shocks a whole lot more bearable!”
