'High energy, big hits and new second stage': Buzzstock Music Festival is back
Leighton Buzzard’s much loved Buzzstock Music Festival will be bigger and better in 2026 – and people can party at its brand new Ouzel Stage.
Named after the Ouzel Brook that flows nearby, the second performance stage will showcase a mix of local musicians, headline acts, and DJs.

The action packed weekend will take place in "the hidden meadow" opposite Billington's car boot field, Stanbridge Road, from Friday, July 17 to Saturday, July 18 – and it promises two days of "live music, great food and family friendly entertainment".
Festival organiser Andrena Carden-Higgins, said: "The addition of a second stage reflects the growing appetite for live music and community events in the town and our desire to add variety for all tastes.
“Buzzstock has always been about celebrating music and bringing people together. Adding the Ouzel Stage gives us the opportunity to support more performers, including local artists, and create even more atmosphere across the site.”
"While the main stage will continue to host high-energy acts and big hits including this year's Dance Anthems Live and Massaoke, the Ouzel Stage will have an indie rock vibe on Friday and will host a House Dance Party with DJ collective, Funk My Life."
Tribute acts include Beyoncé Fierce (Beyoncé), Undivided (boy bands), Wenz Day (Green Day), The Artificial Monkeys (Arctic Monkeys), Rogue Minogue (Kylie Minogue), and Olivia Rodrigo Tribute. There will also be live music experiences from Dance Anthems Live, Massaoke, Now That's What I Call Brit Pop, and the Ouzel Stage House Party with Maison Trois.
Meanwhile, local artists The Dirty Mojos, Syndicate, Chasing Tides, Solarzone, and Molly Elizabeth will take to the stage.
A Buzzstock Festival spokeswoman, said: "Buzzstock has become a highlight of the local summer calendar, drawing audiences from across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
"As well as live music, visitors can enjoy a wide range of street food, artisan traders, and a welcoming community atmosphere for all ages."
Freddie and Friends Community Interest Company are the event's charity partner, and will be working with Buzzstock to raise funds and provision to support people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families in Leighton Buzzard.
The festival is proudly supported by local businesses and sponsors, with opportunities still available.
