Parking charges rise announced for Leighton Buzzard
Parking charges for Leighton Buzzard car parks are set to rise next month.
The latest public notices reveal that Central Bedfordshire Council is planning to revise charges from February 9.

Charges for parking at Duncombe Drive, Leighton Buzzard, will increase as follows:
Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm exclusing bank holidays and Tuesdays from 1pm to 6pm:
Up to 1 hour £1 – no change
Up to 2 hours from £1.80 to £1.90
Up to 3 hours from £2.60 to £2.70
Up to 5 hours from £4.10 to £4.30
All day from £8.20 to £8.50
Market Trader (daily) £3.80

3 months from £140.40 to £145.70
12 months from £420.10 to £420.10

Meanwhile resident permits are set to rise from £30.10 to £31.20 for the first vehicle, from £91.80 to £95.30 for the second vehicle and from £122.40 to £127.10 for the third vehicle.
Visitor permits will remain the same.
