Photo opportunity

Photography enthusiasts in Bedfordshire have been asked to take a picture of what the heart means to you.

And there is just one rule – to incorporate the colour red somewhere in the digital shot.

There are three age categories – adults, students aged 16 or over in full or part-time courses and juniors under 15.

The winner of the adult category will scoop a prize which includes a one-to-one masterclass with award-winning photographer John Angerson.

Student category first place will win a one-day shoot shadowing a Getty photographer and the junior category winner will be awarded a Canon PowerShot A3300 IS Digital Compact Camera.
