Rail services restored for Berkhamsted, Hemel and Tring as strike is cancelled

Both the RMT and TSSA trade unions were set to hold a 24-hour strike, beginning on Bank Holiday Monday.
This was set to mean all London Midland services on the Euston-Northampton line would be cancelled throughout Monday and Tuesday.

Hide AdA spokesman for London Midland, which operates the route, said: “Industrial action by RMT and TSSA employees of Network Rail planned for May 25 and 26 has been suspended.
“London Midland will therefore be running its planned services on all routes on both days.”
