Then sign up for Keech Hospice Care’s fire walk on Tuesday November 27 at Luton Town & Indians Cricket Club.

The event is being run in association with experts Time 4 Change who have a 100 percent safety record.

Long after the embers have cooled, your achievements will be remembered as all money raised will go towards providing hospice services.

Entry is £30.
