Wedding cake wins La Belle a silver award

Shelly Shulman entered a bespoke hand piped wedding cake into the competition and came away with a silver award.

She said: “Salon Culinaire is the UK’s largest and most prestigious chef competition programme that showcases the impressive skills and talent within the industry.

“To come away with a silver award is an amazing achievement.

“This win has come at the start of what we hope will be a fantastic year for the team at La Belle Cake Company.

“Next month we celebrate our 10th birthday so we have lots of wonderful and exciting events coming up.”

The award winning cake has been placed in the shop window on North Street, Leighton Buzzard, alongside the company’s other bespoke creations.
