Guttridge salutes Town’s outstanding midfield
Massive midfield options are helping to drive Town’s push for promotion according to mercurial Hatter Luke Guttridge, writes Mark Wood.
The 31-year-old former Northampton Town midfielder, alongside Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu and Cameron McGeehan, dominated the middle of the park at the weekend as Town rocketed to a fabulous 5-0 victory over Nuneaton Town.
Guttridge was delighted with his younger colleagues and showered praise on the capture of Mpanzu from Premier League West Ham United.

Hide AdHe said: “They’re both very vocal for young lads. They’ve done very well, I rate Pelly a lot, I was delighted when the manager brought him back in on a permanent deal, and all credit to the club and that.”
