The 20-year-old forward has scored four times in 12 appearances for the Southern League Premier Division side this season, and has a career total of 16 in 49 appearances.
Isaac had an unsuccessful trial at Ipswich last season and, while Hatters boss John Still confirmed Town were looking, he admitted it was far too early to draw any conclusions.
