Hatters rated v Grimsby Town
Lathaniel Rowe-Turner: 7 – Pace and athleticism were the ideal foil or McNulty, Luton have been at their best this season with him at centre-half.
Steve McNulty: 7 – Commanding defender kept things tight at the back and used the ball intelligently throughout.

Hide AdAlex Lawless: 8 – Oh how the Hatters missed him when he was out through injury and illness, is really thriving in the free role behind the strikers.
Jon Shaw: 7 – Had several decent chances to give Luton the lead, but linked play well, although he still drifts wide far too often.
David Martin: 8 – Terrorised the Grimsby defence with his direct and forceful runs and delivered some tantalising crosses.
Matt Robinson: 7.5 – Young midfielder is quick becoming a regular in Town’s start 11, mixing strong ball winning with metronomic passing.

Hide AdJonathan Smith: 7 – Makeshift right-back didn’t look out of place at the back and put in a willing performance in a team effort.
Andre Gray: 7.5 – Unlucky to not to score and was a real handful for full-back Thomas who had shackled him so well earlier in the season.
Solomon Taiwo: 7 – Silly booking curtailed his influence and risked a second yellow when he argued with the referee, but his driven cross created Luton’s second and has a great range of passing.
Scott Griffiths: 7.5 – Left-back is improving every week as his fitness improves, uses the ball intelligently but could have netted twice on the night.

Hide AdAlex Wall (sub): 6 – Won some good flicks and showed some nice touches, but could have got his shots away quicker and shown greater awareness when his team-mates were in better positions.
