Spiller and Richards still no closer to a return
Town boss John Still didn’t expect either of the long-term injured duo Garry Richards or Danny Spiller to be available for Town when the players meet up again for pre-season training, writes Mike Simmonds.
The pair haven’t made a single first team appearance since signing for Luton in the summer and Still said: “Garry Richards, not pre-season, no, I don’t know exactly when.
“Danny Spiller I’d be more worried about him making the following preseason.
“I think we’ve got to forget about those two at the exact moment and not put them in our forward planning for next season.”
