Visitors to Wrest Park will soon have their day out accompanied by a musical treat thanks to the property's Music on a Sunday Afternoon events which start this weekend.

Every Sunday throughout July visitors to the English Heritage site will get to enjoy live music in the stunning surroundings of the Wrest Park gardens. Whether visitors are picnicking with friends or taking a summertime stroll around the gardens, they will be treated to performances from the Milton Keynes Brass Band, Woburn Sands Band, Hitchin Band, Bedford Town Band and the Mitre Ensemble – a string quartet featuring an oboe too.

The Music on a Sunday Afternoon events start on Sunday 3rd July and will take place on 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st of the month from 12-4pm – the band will play multiple 30 minute sets during these times.
