Adrian Dutch, Pro-Vice Chancellor (International) at the University of Bedfordshire said: “We’re thrilled to have been recognised as having the cheapest student accommodation in our region, and on average also cheaper than the London and the South of England too. Our accommodation provides a safe, friendly and supportive home from home, where students can settle in quickly, make friends and focus on achieving their goals.

“We know that affordability plays an increasingly huge role in students’ decisions about where to study. By offering accommodation at a significantly lower cost than the national average, along with our sector-leading merit scholarships of up to £2500 per year, we are doing all we can to help to reduce the financial pressures many students face.”
