RAF Flypast confirmed for Rotary May Day Fayre

As the country begins a series of events to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of VE Day , Rotary have secured a Flypast by a Lancaster and Dakota from the RAF Battle of Memorial Flight

With just six weeks to go until the 2025 Leighton Linslade Rotary May Day Fayre the RAF have delivered brilliant news by confirming that two iconic planes from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight will be performing a Flypast once again recognising the RAF Heritage embedded in Leighton Buzzard and the surrounding area.

Richard Johnson OBE from Rotary said. “We are thrilled that the May Fayre this year will be graced by two iconic aircraft both of which played a huge part in the victory over tyranny in 1945.”
