It was given a score of 82 per cent, with Which? highlighting its ‘excellent support’ and ‘stress-free booking process’. It was given a rating of four out of five for customer service both before, during and after trips; range of holidays offered; quality of services; holiday descriptions matching reality and value for money.

It scored three out of five for tailoring holidays to customers' needs.
