Leighton Buzzard McDonald's back open after refurbishment

Leighton Buzzard McDonald's has reopened after a refurbishment – and staff say they're 'Lovin' It'.

The Billington Road restaurant now boasts a front counter redesign, dedicated courier waiting area and entrances, a spacious kitchen layout, and improved break spaces for staff.

The new look is designed to reduce congestion, help the crew serve more quickly, and "create a more relaxing environment for the customers".

McDonald’s Franchisee, Ismail Anilmis, said: “I’m proud to reinvest in our Leighton Buzzard restaurant.

"The dining area is more contemporary, and we now have separate facilities for our dine-in customers and our couriers leading to a better experience for everyone. It’s exciting to see the fresh new look and feel."

While the traditional walk in remains "core" to how customers order, it is hoped that the redesign will "better integrate" digital sales channels and the McDonald’s App.

Mr Anilmis added: "I’m confident the changes will not only benefit our customers but also our restaurant team, helping to make their jobs easier.”
