Leighton Buzzard's Hartwell Grove reopens after repairs to collapsed sewer
Anglian Water has confirmed that Hartwell Crescent has reopened following work to repair a collapsed sewer.
The water company says that the road surface was being "repaired and reinstated" this morning (September 16), and that the site has now been cleared.
Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) had originally announced that the emergency closure would be in place until September 18 – so the road's reopening comes two days earlier than planned.
