Valley Farm plan is still being analysed

A long wait continues over Paul Newman Homes' plans to build over 300 homes next to Linslade as Highways engineers mull over proposals.

The controversial plans were submitted over Christmas 2014 and attracted over 600 letters in opposition.

Although situated in a field off Derwent Road in Linslade, the site falls within the jurisdiction of Aylesbury Vale District Council.

An AVDC spokesman said: “This is a complex application which is awaiting final comments from Highway engineers.

“Following their input, a report will be prepared for the council’s Strategic Development Management Committee to review.

“There is no set date for this, but the process is underway.”
