Have your say at Leighton-Linslade Town Council's annual parish meeting
Find out what your town council has been doing and get answers to your burning questions as Leighton-Linslade Town Council holds its annual parish meeting.
The meeting takes place on Monday, March 23 from 7.30pm to 9pm at Leighton Buzzard Library Theatre.
It will start with a presentation on 'Why our public parks matter' from Head of Environmental Services at Norwich City Council and respected author of over 40 books, including “Leighton Buzzard in 50 Buildings”, Dr Paul Rabbitts.
Following the presentation, there is the opportunity for parish residents to ask questions of the town council on matters it is responsible for: parks and open spaces, play areas, cemeteries, allotments, market, community events, community grants and awards.
You can ask a question on the night, or in advance via the town council's website at www.leightonlinslade-tc.gov.uk. If the council can’t answer the question on the night, it will publish the questions and answers afterwards on the website.
