Coffee shop chain confirms closure of Leighton Buzzard High Street store
A coffee shop chain has confirmed that its store in Leighton Buzzard High Street is closing later this month.
Costa Coffee has told the LBO that the store is shutting on September 24 but has not given a specific reason for the closure.
A spokesperson said: “We can confirm that our Costa Coffee store on 23A&B High Street, Leighton Buzzard, which is owned and operated by one of our franchise partners, will close for trade on September 24.
“All our talented team members will be relocated to surrounding stores.”
The news does not affect the town’s other Costa Coffee store, which will remain open on the retail park on Grovebury Road.
