Hypnotherapy evening in Leighton Buzzard hopes to help people 'unlock their best self'
A hypnotherapy evening is taking place at Leighton Buzzard next month, designed to introduce individuals to the practice and help them ‘unlock their best self’.
An evening of hypnotic journeys is taking place at Funky Snake Escape Rooms in Leighton Buzzard on Monday February 9, organised by Erika Revesz, a full-time hypnotherapist based in the town.

Hypnosis is defined as a state of deep concentration or relaxation when a person becomes open to suggestions to manage pain, anxiety, habits or psychological issues.
Erika, who worked for 12 years as a registered nurse, changed careers last year to work full-time in hypnotherapy.
In her day-to-day work Erika helps people suffering fears and phobias, for example driving and flying, as well as with emotional eating, confidence and life transitions.
The evening runs from 7pm to 10pm on February 9, and features Erika leading a group session on past life regression experience.
Fellow therapist Margaret Downes will lead a guided relaxation and grounding experience, while a session on future-self visualisation is also scheduled.
Erika told the LBO: "The evening in Leighton Buzzard is a collaborative hypnotherapy event led by three experienced therapists, each bringing a different background and therapeutic approach.
"The aim is to give people a relaxed, informative, and experiential introduction to hypnosis, while also demonstrating how varied hypnotherapy styles can support change in different ways.
"By showcasing different methods side by side, we want to demonstrate that successful hypnotherapy is often about finding the right therapeutic fit, rather than one specific technique."
Tickets are currently being offered at an early-bird price of £20, rising to £30.
