Leighton Buzzard pub hosting Oasis tribute act to mark official reopening after refurbishment
A Leighton Buzzard pub is hosting an Oasis tribute act as it marks its official reopening following a refurbishment.
The Buckingham Arms pub, located on Old Road in Linslade reopened after a £180,000 refurbishment to its inside and outside space.
But while it was open to punters in June, the pub is hosting its official launch party tonight (Friday) with live music from Liar Gallagher, playing hits from Oasis, from 8pm.
There will also be food vendors in the pub’s car park, as well as freebies and discounted drinks available while stocks last.
The Buckingham Arms’ licensee Barry said: “I’m thrilled with how the refurbishment turned out, as the transformation was truly significant.
“Every detail was carefully considered to ensure that The Buckingham Arms felt fresh and exciting while retaining the warmth and character that makes it special for the community.
“I have loved every moment in the pub since opening and want to thank everyone, from my family and friends to our customers and the team at Admiral Taverns, for their ongoing support.
“I look forward to everything the future holds for this community pub.”
