Last chance for Central Bedfordshire residents to bin garden waste until February
Garden waste collections in Central Bedfordshire will pause for 12 weeks from the start of December.
This means the final collections will begin this week – with residents encouraged to check online to find out when their last date will be. You can also sign up for email alerts.
Garden waste collections will resume from Monday, February 23 – but other waste and recycling collections will continue as usual during this period.
Anyone who needs to get rid of garden waste before collections re-start can take it to one of the council’s four Household Waste Recycling Centres, which are open daily from 9am to 5pm including bank holidays.
