Essential maintenance works for Leighton Buzzard parks and road
Leighton-Linslade Town Council is carrying out essential maintenance work for three areas during August.
The work is due to take place in Astral Park, Pages Park, and on Heath Road – next to Adams Bottom.
The council has thanked people for their "patience and understanding" while the jobs are carried out.
The dates are as follows:
August 10: Culvert clearance works will take place in Astral Park to improve storm drainage ahead of the winter months.
August 24: A partial road closure will be in place on Heath Road, next to Adams Bottom, while the council reduces the trees covering the road signage by the brick wall.
August 24 to 29: Drainage works will be taking place at Pages Park.
