The Luton chief spent time as a coach at Lincoln earlier in his career before leaving to join Barnet.

He said: “I had a little spell there, I like Lincoln, I’ve liked everywhere.

“There’s still some people there that I know, they’ve changed a bit, but my old captain Grant Brown is there, on the coaching staff.

“I love the games, wherever we go, we’re looking forward to the game, it’s going to be another tough game, but theyre all tough aren’t they.”

On some of the main threats facing them from a struggling Imps side, Still continued: “There’s eleven of them! I think they’ve got some decent players and had a good result at the weekend at Grimsby, so that shows you.

“I just think they’re just a tough competitive all round side, I really do.

The boy (Sean) Newton who plays full back has always been decent I’ve liked him.

“(Jon) Nolan doesn’t play as often as maybe I thought he might, but I think he’s a decent player and they’re a hard-working decent team.”

Hatters have also sold over 750 tickets for the trip, something that a delighted Still admitted he had come to expect these days..

He added: “Why am I not surprised, that’s fantastic.

“We need that, because that’s another component and by the time the end of the season comes, the only way we’ll be successful is every component doing their bit when it’s called upon.

“The supporters are doing their bit and I can’t argue at all.”
