Summer Solstice celebration
There will be activities for all ages from 2pm to 4pm.
Quakers in Leighton Buzzard will celebrate the summer Solstice on Sunday 21st June with an open garden afternoon.

There is a large, almost secret garden, behind the Friends Meeting House at 25, North Street. At the moment it is filled with wild flowers, in particular an abundance of ox-eye daisies.
There will be activities for all ages from 2pm to 4pm, including creative ways of engaging with the theme of ‘Light’. There will also be refreshments.
Friends have been marking the equinoxes and solstice for the past year or so. This is the latest event following previous occasions such as songs around a fire pit in December.
