Celias Cafe at Great Brickhill, under new management
Celia's Café at Great Brickhill Parish Hall reopened last week under new management. Amanda Plommer has extensive experience and is well known to the villagers from her work on the catering side of the cricket club, and we wish Amanda and her team every success.
I visited on the opening day and was very impressed with the attention to detail. Fresh pasties, cakes, and the aroma of proper coffee were very welcoming.
Currently, there is a limited menu. The café opens from 09:30 to 15:30 on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Wednesday, the café is closed.
Thursday is market day, and the café remains open until 17:00. Saturday hours are 09:00 to 15:30, and Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00. I expect these times will change from time to time.
