Body discovered on railway line at Milton Keynes Central station
Trains were delayed while police officers dealt with the fatality, which they are treating as non-suspicious.
A British Transport Police spokesman said: “We were called to Milton Keynes Central station at 6.10am on Tuesday, 21 July, to reports of a body on the line.

Hide Ad“BTP and Thames Valley Police officers attended, alongside colleagues from South Central Ambulance Service.
“A man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Initial enquiries suggest that the man was struck by a freight train in the early hours of the morning.
“Officers are currently working to identify the man and inform his family,” said the spokesman.
The fatality was believed to have taken place on Central Platform 6 and as a result caused delays on West Coast and London Midland services which serve amongst others Northamtpon, Hemel Hempstead, Leighton Buzzard and Rugby.
