Come and test drive an alpaca in the agility arena
It’s taking place at Bury Farm Equestrian Centre in Slapton over two days – Saturday and Sunday, April 16 and 17.
The Festival is now in its eighth year and is one of the biggest alpaca shows of the year.

Hide AdSpokeswoman Lulu Oliver said: “Last year we had around 500 visitors over the two days, enjoying the opportunity to get up close and personal with these amazing and beautiful animals.
“The show spectacle will be just as impressive this year with a packed house of alpacas and some very intense competition.”
She added: “All the alpacas will be penned in the international arena, along with the show ring, so everyone can be part of the action.
“And once again we have the agility arena where members of the public can take an alpaca through the course, which is great fun and very popular.”

Hide AdThe business goes from strength to strength with 200 new members joining the British Alpaca Society in 2015.
Many will be showing alpacas for the first time or visiting the event to gain information and meet some of the most respected and experienced owners in the country.
Refreshments will be available all day. Admission is £5 a car.
