All the odds as Lincoln City come to Town

Luton Town returned to winning ways with a comfortable 3-0 defeat of Dartford midweek after what could only be described as a disappointing performance in front of the TV cameras at Wrexham last Friday evening, writes BetVictor’s Charlie McCann.

The return of Alex Lawless and a sixth clean sheet in nine matches will have most pleased John Still who made two changes to his starting XI from that which took the field at the Racecourse Ground.

The Hatters entertain Lincoln City on Saturday and whilst the Imps currently sit fourth in the table, that is as a result of a strong defence and their home form.

They have picked up 10 points from a possible 12 in front of their home supporters at Sincil Bank, but look there for the taking at the weekend.

Luton are a shade of odds-on at 20/21, Lincoln 16/5 and 5/2 the draw and all the stats suggest it will be a tight affair with the visitors only finding the back of the net nine times in their nine Conference fixtures to date and they have yet to concede more than a single goal at any time this term!

With that in mind the quote of 4/5 for there to be fewer than three goals looks sure to be popular, although an early Hatters goal and the Imps will have to come out.

The Hatters are looking for back-to-back wins for the first time this season and a popular bet is for them to win to nil at 9/4.

They are 6/1 to win 1-0, but I feel this might be the turning point in Town’s season. They are 21/10 to be leading at both half and full time.

The Hatters are now 8/1 for the title and 7/2 for promotion with Kidderminster Harriers the new 3/1 favourites after three wins on the spin.

Unbeaten Cambridge remain, in my opinion, the side to beat and they are our 7/2 second favourites at BetVictor.

Forest Green Rovers are out to 9/2 after their shock 5-2 hiding at Welling earlier in the week.

Be lucky,

Charlie
