Heather becomes Leighton Buzzard's newest NWR Trustee
Exciting news for the two NWR (National Women’s Register) groups in Leighton Buzzard: one of our members, Heather de Lacey, has been appointed as a national trustee of its organisation.
Heather has been a member of NWR for around 18 years. She has twice been the Local Organiser for the original group in Leighton Buzzard and has also been an official mentor for other groups in Beds, Bucks., and Herts.
In January, she started a second group in the town. Thanks to her endeavours, it now boasts 26 members.
